DOMINANT
EYE
TEST
One of your eyes is the one your brain aims with — it anchors where things are, while the other supports. Knowing yours matters for photography, archery, shooting, darts, even golf putting. This is the classic Miles triangle test, guided step by step. Takes one minute, no equipment.
What you'll do
Extend both arms. Overlap your hands to make a small triangle between thumbs and index fingers. With both eyes open, center a distant object inside the triangle — pick something small, 3 or more meters away. Keep your arms exactly where they are for the next two steps.
